The Hot Springs Hotel & Spa offers comfortable accommodations with great amenities, such as a mineral hot tub perfect for relaxation after a long day. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process and attentive service throughout my stay. The hotel's location is ideal, with stunning views of the river and close proximity to local attractions like the Hot Springs park.
The room decor is somewhat dated and could use updating.

The location is unbeatable, right in Hot Springs State Park. I loved soaking in the natural hot springs. The staff greeted me with friendly smiles every time I passed by. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The mini fridge came in handy for snacks. However, the breakfast was a letdown. Limited options, and the gravy tasted canned. The decor is a bit dated, and the outside entrance felt a bit uninviting. The hot tub area could’ve used more space. it felt crowded at times. I had a nice time but there are definitely some areas that need improvement.

Surprising joy among hunting trophies
The lobby's collection of hunting trophies was fascinating, but the real highlight was the hot spring, especially at sunset—simply breathtaking!
The stairs were challenging with heavy bags, as there was no elevator access, which made the check-in experience a bit tougher than expected.

I loved hanging out in the jacuzzis after a long day of exploring, and the sun loungers were perfect for relaxing with a book. The place had a nice vibe. The beds were pretty comfy, though the decor felt a bit outdated. If you're planning to visit, just make sure to check the room setup in advance. it might be a bit warmer in some areas! 😊

Perfect for family but not cheap
We took our family to the Safari Bar for dinner on my wife's birthday, and let me tell you, the atmosphere was cozy with walls lined with big and small game mounts. The staff was great too, even shared a pic of a guy with a Big Horn Sheep that looked just like me, my family couldn’t believe the resemblance.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still acceptable for the experience.

Great spot for a getaway with friends! We had so much fun playing billiards and soaking in the hot springs. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were comfy with ample amenities for our needs. Just a heads up, breakfast choices could be a bit limited, so don't set your expectations too high.
Had a bit of a rough experience when the police knocked on our door, mistakenly thinking we were smoking pot because of a smell in the hallway. It felt pretty intrusive, and we didn't appreciate being treated like suspects.
